Resume & Skills

Projection Design

For projection design and programming, Isadora is the interface that I have used the most. The photo to the right is a screenshot from one of the scenes on my Tribute project file.

I have been using Isadora since 2020, and continue to use it along with other programs. QLab is another program that I use to run projections for the shows that I design.

I have built a PC that Ball State's Department of Theatre and Dance now uses to run Isadora or QLab for any shows that use projections.

Video Design & Production

Most of my video art projects find inspiration from my own personal written pieces, and focus mainly on the human body, trauma, and how we respond to it. You can view more work on my portfolio page.

There are many different programs that I have had the opportunity to use within my digital media work. I am consistently using Adobe Suite programs, including Premier Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects, and Audition. Programs I have experience with outside of Adobe products include Canva, Audacity, and Isadora.

The photo to the right is a screenshot of my project file for my video sculpture and spoken word piece, Photoshopped. This installment was one of my earlier video sculpture projects, done in 2021.

Scenic Creation

I have been practicing scenic carpentry and paint since 2015, and have been getting rigging training since 2017. I am an active employee in Ball State's University Theatre scene shop. In this employment, I am an asset in building, painting, and welding of scenery and props for the University and Strother Theatre production seasons.

The left photo is the paint elevation of a door from Ball State's spring 2020 production of Twelfth Night (designed by Kerry Chipman). The photo to the right is the finished door that I had a large part in welding the frame, constructing and painting the door and detail pieces.
